Kramer's second album Thirty One, was released through Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in the month of October 2015. The Top Five Country Hit I Got the Boy as well as the duet Steven Tyler and Aerosmith performed together helped the album reach #3 in the Billboard 200 and number 10 in the charts for country albums. In September 2016, her appearance on the 23rd Season of Dancing with the Stars lasted two months and ended with a 4th-place final. That same year she had a huge adult contemporary song with Straight No Chaser's Feels like Christmas.
